How many times have we heard women all around the world complaining about their bra? Well, most of them do and all because they are not wearing the proper size. The next points are the very basics facts a good bra fitting, we will keep on posting specific information on do's and dont's to find the perfect match for your girls. Keep tuned and share your own little tricks on the arts of the bra-world!

·      GOLDEN RULE: Your bra should be comfortable and make you feel sexy, BOTH! If it hurts in any way, IT-DOESN'T FIT!

·      Your breasts should sit at the mid point between your elbow and your shoulder and facing up and front. Have a look in front of the mirror and sideways and make sure they are up and front.

·      Get your proper measures to buy your proper size. Go to the size guide page. The proper band/wing and cup size, will offer the most of the support needed for your breast.

·      Adjust the straps, they pull up and stabilize the breasts. If the straps hurt your shoulders, you are tightening them too much. Tighten them up every time your wash them or at least every two times, it will make a difference!

·      If you need to adjust the straps to lift up the cup, the cup size is wrong or the bra is too old and has loosened too much or you’ve lost some weight! Get a new bra.

·      If your breasts bulge out the cup or the cup wrinkles at the top, the cup size is definitely wrong.

·      If the band is too tight, get the next size up or get extension bands. This band should always sit level around your chest; if it goes higher than the front, the band size is wrong or the bra has lost elasticity.

·      If the band is too loose, it won’t hold your breasts in place and any other piece of the bra will work, so change the bra. The band should be tight around your chest but still you should be able to fit one or two fingers underneath.

·      For exercise, get a sports bra. Avoid the bouncing and injuries that come with it. It will be comfier and safer.

How to determine your bra size.

#1 Bra band measurement:

Take a measuring tape and measure around the chest, directly under the breasts, making sure it is leveled around the chest. If you get an even size number, then add four inches or else add five inches to get your chest size.

→ For example if you measure 30 inches, then you need to add another four inches, which will make your size equal to 34 inches. If you measure an odd number such as 29, then you need to add 5 inches and your size will work out to 34 inches.

If the bra you're buying is made of stretchy fabric, you will only need to add 2 or 3 inches to your measurement, meaning that if you get a 29, add 3; if you get a 30, add 2.

#2 Calculate your cup size:

Wrap the tape measure around your torso keeping it level and parallel to the floor just at the point where the bust is at its fullest, where the nipples are positioned. Now substract the band size number (from step #1) and use the difference in inches to calculate your cup size using the chart.
